  • Rashid Tali'a headed the first Jordanian government in the Emirate of Transjordan on April 11, 1921, becoming the first Prime Minister of Jordan. At that time, the government was known as the Advisory Council. The Royal Decree appointed him as the Administrative Secretary, President of the Advisory Council, and Deputy Advisor of the Interior. This government continued until June 23, 1921.
  • He was tasked with forming the government a second time on July 5, 1921, which resigned on August 15, 1921.
